In-Home Furniture and Delivery Set-up
When you buy your Furniture at Phillips, In-Home Delivery and Set-up is available. We send out 2 Delivery Technicians that will bring your product in the home and ensure it is assembled properly and ready to use. This means no set-up or assembly on your part. It won’t just show up in a damaged box on your doorstep for you to spend countless hours assembling! We also remove all the garbage associated with the product so you don’t have an over flowing dumpster!
When you buy your product at Phillips, we offer curb-side Delivery to the Local Winnemucca area. Just like UPS or FEDEX, we will send out 1 Delivery Technician and he will bring the product to the bottom of your doorstep or into your garage. Product may be in the original packaging our out of the packaging if pulled from the showroom floor. Assembly may be required.
Professional Appliance Installation
We offer Professional Delivery and Installation for a nominal fee. Our Professional Trained Delivery team will deliver and install your new appliance and haul away your old hunk of junk. After Installation the Delivery Team will instruct you on how to use your new appliance. All you will need to do when they leave is to put your new appliance to work!

Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I get my delivery?
Items in stock can typically be delivered within a week to the local area. Sometimes sooner with Curb-Side Delivery or if you purchase Same Day or Next Day Delivery. After a purchase has been made online a Sales Associate will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Do you offer Same Day or Next Day Delivery?
Yes we can deliver same day or next day in most cases. Extra fees may apply if delivery schedule is already booked. Orders must be placed by 2pm and is only available Tuesday-Saturday in the local Winnemucca area.
Can I get my delivery at an exact time?
Yes, we can do that it. However it does require us to change our routing and schedule so extra fees apply.
What days and times do you deliver?
We Deliver Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. Once the driver loads the truck for the day, someone will contact you by 2 pm on the day of delivery with a 2 hour window so you won’t have to sit at home all day!
What day will my purchase arrive?
After a purchase has been made a Sales Associate will contact you to schedule the delivery. If you made the purchase in store check the top right corner of your invoice for the delivery date. If you don’t see a date there, please call us at 775-623-3060.
Need your appliance Repaired?
While we do not do appliance repair, we can get you the information on who can get this problem resolved for you!
Step 1: Read your manual! We HIGHLY recommend that you read your owners manual entirely as many problems can be resolved by just reading the manual, I promise!
Step 2: Shedule a service call: If your appliance is under the manufacturer’s warranty: contact the Whirlpool Corporation by calling 1-800-253-1301 or visit www.whirlpool.com/owners.html. Have your full model and serial number ready and make sure you are with the appliance when you call.

Want to repair the appliance yourself? We can order you factory certified parts to do the repairs yourself. Many parts ship out of Reno and arrive in 1-2 business days. Parts are not returnable, so make sure you do a good job troubleshooting the appliance.
Mattress Comfort Guarantee and Warranty Information
Tempur-Pedic Mattresses and select Serta icomfort and Arctic Mattresses come with a 90 night guarantee. You MUST sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. This allows time for the mattress to break in, and for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If after 30 nights the mattress just is not working for you, you can make a one time exchange for another mattress that we carry. Sorry no refunds, and a mattress protector must have been purchased with the mattress. This comfort guarantee excludes adjustable bases and foundations. Please see the store for details.
- All other mattresses: once the product has been removed from the factory sealed plastic, sorry there are no returns or exchanges
- Mattress protectors and pillows: Sorry no returns for any reason
Does your mattress have body impressions?
Most our our mattresses come with a warranty to cover any problems with body impressions. Different manufacturers and mattresses vary on the depth of body impression that they will cover under warranty. Please call us for details on how to measure your body impressions.
If the furniture you purchased from us is in need of repair, please contact us at 775-623-3060 to set up and appointment to have your furniture repaired. All furniture, mattresses and home decor products purchased from us come with a full 1 year warranty which includes local in-home repair. Some products have parts covered for longer than 1 year depending on the manufacturer and the component that needs to be replaced.
